Proud Green Home – September 2016
A Net Zero Energy Ready home by Dwell Development has been awarded a 2016 Housing Innovation Award from the U.S. Department of Energy. The home, recognized in the Custom (Spec) category, is also the first home to be certified to the Emerald Star level in the Built Green Program. Built Green is an environmentally friendly, non-profit, residential building program of the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties in Washington State. Watch the video.
