2017 Professional Builder Design Awards

Open to builders, developers, architects, interior designers, land planners and designers, the Professional Builder Design Awards named nine gold, 11 silver, and two bronze winners for 2017 in categories including custom homes, multifamily, and single-family homes of various sizes. Dwell Development’s Mount Baker Park Modern, a 3,455 square-foot home in Seattle, was awarded a Silver Award in the Urban Infill category.
